The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at Deepika Govind by following the below steps.
Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at Deepika Govind Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Returns/exchange requests need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Please note that all products are custom made, kindly check the size chart before placing the order as return on wrong size ordered will not be accepted. In case you are not happy with the style we will offer an exchange or a gift voucher for the same amount. If you receive a damaged/defective product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We would request you to share a snapshot at support@Deepika Govind.If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Deepika Govind. In this case, an amount will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Non-returnable categories- Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless
there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

How do you return?
Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed the amount towards your shipping costs as a voucher which
can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
